Refund and Return Policy

At WEGET WATCHES, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and rigorous inspection period to ensure you are fully confident in your purchase. This policy applies to both new and pre-owned luxury watches.

1. Eligibility Window and Return Condition

A. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your watch is delivered to you (as confirmed by carrier tracking) to notify us of your intent to return. To be eligible for a full refund, the timepiece must be returned to us, with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), within this 14-day window.

B. Required Condition of the Watch

Due to the high value and sensitive nature of luxury watches, the watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you, including:
* Unworn and Unaltered: The watch must show absolutely no signs of wear. This includes no micro-scratches, scuffs, or blemishes on the case, crystal, bracelet, or clasp.
* No Sizing or Alterations: Bracelets must not have been sized (links removed or added), and straps must not show creases or wear marks.
* Tags Intact: Any protective plastics, stickers, or non-removable security tags applied by WEGET WATCHES must remain intact. Removal of these tags will result in the refusal of the return.

C. Required Documentation and Packaging

All returns must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories, including:
* The original presentation box and outer box.
* The watch’s official paperwork, certificate, warranty card (must be blank/unstamped), and instruction manuals.
* Any removed links, tools, gifts, or accessories that were part of the original shipment.
Note: If any original documentation (especially the warranty card or certificate of authenticity) is missing or damaged, a significant fee (up to 20% of the purchase price) will be deducted from your refund due to the permanent decrease in the watch’s collectible and resale value.

2. Return Process (Required Steps)

Step 1: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

To initiate a return, you must contact us within the 14-day window by emailing [support@wegetwatches.com] and provide your Order Number and the Reason for Return. We will respond within 2 business days with a unique RMA number and detailed, secure return shipping instructions.

Step 2: Insured Return Shipping (Customer Responsibility)

* Secure Packaging: The watch must be packaged securely in a plain, unmarked outer box that provides no indication of the valuable contents.
* Shipping & Insurance: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Due to the high value of the product, the return shipment MUST BE FULLY INSURED for the watch’s full purchase price and sent via a traceable courier (FedEx or UPS are recommended). WEGET WATCHES is not liable for packages lost or damaged during the return transit.
* RMA on Box: The provided RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be refused.

3. Refunds and Fees

A. Inspection and Approval

Upon receipt, all returned timepieces will undergo a thorough inspection by our expert watchmaking team. This inspection process takes 3–5 business days to confirm the condition, verify the serial number, and authenticate all materials.

B. Restocking Fee

We  generally do not charge a restocking fee if the watch is returned in the exact, unworn condition as stipulated in Section 1. However, WEGET WATCHES reserves the right to apply a 2% restocking fee to cover non-recoverable payment processing and insurance fees on all refunds, at our discretion. This fee will be waived only if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., received damaged or incorrect item).

C. Refund Processing

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days following the completion of the inspection. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment.

4. Exceptions and Exclusions

* Final Sale Items: Items designated as “Final Sale” (e.g., custom-ordered or personalized items) are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon arrival.
* Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a watch that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In these specific cases, we will provide a pre-paid, fully insured return label, and the restocking fee will be waived.
